It's spring cleaning, CA-style. Time for my semi-annual liver, kidney and digestive cleanse. I'm trying a new one this winter that's meant to be more effective. It also comes with more rules, including:
-no caffeine (I will disobey this rule)
-no processed foods (no problem)
-lots of water (check)
-lots of sleep (well, if it's medically recommended...)
-minimal sugar (so sad. Does chocolate have sugar?)
Ahh well, it's only a few weeks, right? But you know, if I'm offered a piece of cake or a slice of pie, I'll probably accept....because it would be rude not to, right?
